NLP

Aanrich, BA, M.NLP, C.HI.

What
is NLP?
NLP is short for Neuro-linguistic Programming, yet the
terms goes beyond the literal translation. It is both
an art and it is a science, and was created to model
excellence in human behavior. NLP is our sensory response
and its programming. Our response is our nature... to
us... until we explore the territory and discover that
our "old map" of how we ran our brain is not
the territory. We can create a new map to fit our new
choices. NLP can explain how we do what we do when and
where we do it. In the exercises to come, we guide you
to understand NLP, how to help yourself, others and
get it in the muscle.
